Site Observation and Field Reporting

Regular site visitations ensure the Owner, Developer and Lender that the project is being constructed in accordance with the contract documents.  However, this site observation and field reporting function does not take the place of technical inspections, soils engineering, grading observations, materials testing, or destructive testing required in the contract documents or by local regulatory agencies.

Items to be addressed during site observations include:

• Quality assurance

• Conformance with contract documents

• Progress reporting

• Percentage completion

Project Meetings

Successful projects require regularly scheduled progress meetings which cover budget, schedule and critical path items and responsibilities.  Jon is committed to holding these meetings and will disperse meeting minutes identifying critical path action items and decisions to all attendees within 48 hours of the meeting.
