Jon

elements and disciplines of a successful project.
Throughout the project development from pro forma
stage through furniture, fixture and equipment
fit-out, close-out, final
job-cost summarization
and
post-completion,
Jon provides
owner representation to ensure adherence to budgets
and schedules. He
recommends
strategies and project delivery methods as well as
coordinates
agency processing.

has extensive project management, forward planning, purchasing, job cost control, and field experience in
the development of public sector and non-profit capital improvements,
recreation
projects, Class
A office buildings, industrial
parks, retail space, land development, golf courses
and over 4,000 residential units.
He will also provide testimony, litigation
support and forensic job
cost review
services when required.
